Piano Lessons

 With a student to teacher ratio of 1:1, private lessons are the most effective and individualized lesson choice. Curriculum is customized to the individual student: we'll never be moving "too fast" or "too slow" for the student. Each lesson is tailored to meet the goals and progress of the individual student. You'll notice faster progress, which promotes long-term enjoyment!

Private Piano Lessons are taught on a baby grand piano in a professional studio environment. A proper instrument is vital to learning good technique and developing a well-trained ear. Melodie has been teaching piano and voice lessons for over 18 years. She is a degreed musician and has been involved in the performing arts since the age of five. Not only has she trained some pretty amazing students, she has also trained hundreds of musicians in the art of teaching lessons. Read more about Melodie's background here.  

Lessons occur once per week (except during holiday closures) on the same day/time each week.  Space is limited, so contact me via email or phone to learn which spots are available. 

Once we agree on a lesson time and start date, you'll fill out our enrollment form and you'll be ready to start!

Students of 380 Music Studio have plenty of performance opportunities if they want them! Typical opportunities include:
-Formal Spring Recital

-Dress-Your-Song Costume Recital

-Casual small group in-studio recitals

-Invitation-only public performances at local sports games.

Rates at 380 Music Studio are competitive with local music studios' prices. Tuition is charged as a flat monthly rate. Students receive one lesson per week (except during holiday closures). Monthly tuition for private piano lessons is:
30-minute weekly lessons: $150/month

45-minute weekly lessons: $225/month
60-minute weekly lessons: $300/month
